Victoria Coffee Roasters roasts specialty coffees from around the world. All our roasting is "hands-on", allowing us to work with the beans as they progress through the roast cycle. Each bean is roasted and sampled for consistency and every batch logged. We feel this is the best way of providing you with an exceptional cup of coffee.

*Brewing that perfect cup...
Everyone in your family knows the best way to brew coffee, but they are all different...hmmm. So what do you do? The solution, start with the suggested ratio of 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee for every 6 ounces of filtered water. This ratio alows just the right amount of water to flow over the grounds, extracting all the good flavors and oils. If this tastes too strong, add water to your cup.
