Coffee Of The Month

Our Sumatra Mandheling is the Coffee of the Month. From the Indonesian islands, this coffee is roasted dark to deliver full body, bitter sweetness with a touch of earthyness. Not for the faint of heart! Order yours now and receive 15% off this coffee. Order online using coupon code COM or call us and ask for the Coffee of the Month.

Thank you for visiting Victoria Coffee Roasters, a family run roastery, located on Vine St., between Laurel and Yupon. We roast some of the finest coffees from around the world using Ambex's 15 kilo, gas fired roaster.

If you enjoy a relaxing cup at home, or like sampling new beans, contact us today. I roast Monday thru Thursday, 8:30am - 12:30pm, assuring you the freshest coffees. All our coffees can be ordered online and either shipped or picked up at the shop. Walk-ins are always welcome but its best to call ahead.

Coffee is our Passion!

Thanks for visiting!

What's New?

Bunn Distributor
Great news for current and future cafes and restaurants, VCR has just been approved to become a Bunnomatic distributor! Pricing information will become available in the next few days. In the mean time, feel free to contact us with your requests.
The all new Baratza Vario grinders have arrived! Priced at $429, these units offer features rarely found at this price point, including heat controlling Mahlkonig ceramic burr disks, programmable grinding, and much more. For a limited time receive FREE shipping and 1lb or our fresh roasted espresso blend coffee!

I've been testing one at home and have been very impressed with the consistancy of the grinds, low noise levels, and the complete lack of static - i.e. no mess. My only grip has been the courseness or rather the lack there of.

I called Baratza and they had a solution. For those of you whom own their products and have had support questions, you know they have one of the best in the business. After making this simple adjustment I am producing Press quality grinds.

Try our "Tresanas" a blend (ask me about the name when you order) and experience sweet tones, flowery aromas, and a bit of berry that lingers until the next sip. It's also great as an espresso. I've not added it to the online store but you can email or call me, just ask for the "Tresanas" blend.
