Victoria Coffee Roasters roasts specialty coffees from around the world. All our roasting is "hands-on", allowing us to work with the beans as they progress through the roast cycle. Each bean is roasted and sampled for consistency and every batch logged. We feel this is the best way of providing you with an exceptional cup of coffee.

I roast Monday thru Thursday, and sometimes on Friday. But with the kids out of school, it's best to call ahead. Walk-ins are always welcome.
