We roast Monday -Thursday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Besides the list above, I have two  house-blends. One is nutty, sweet, with good body and a clean finish.  The second is an Ethiopian blend that has a rich body, good sweetness, and a flowery finish. We roast and sell only unflavored beans. Try them all and experience the unique flavors, aromas, and textures each bean has to offer.
